Hi all
Yes I'm still on my holidays but have a question. I am waking up in the mornings feeling like a steam roller has has a good go and I feel all twisted and stuck!

Sadly its not the wild highland fling or energetic sex life to blame...

The bed is ok comfort wise but (eek) hardly dar whisper this but can the ra effect your spine?

Off for a lovely meal with richard and our smashing son who should get his gcses this wk.

Home and on here properly soon- the building work is a bit of a mess though hope it's ok

Bless you Jenni,

So glad the holiday is good but sorry to hear you are all 'twisted' and in pain. Hope it goes away
and that your meal was most enjoyable tonight.

Oh poor you Jenni.

I hope this leaves you pretty dam quick. It's frustrating when we can't get a little respite from the dreaded disease.

Good luck to your son, I am taking mine to pick his up tomorrow too.

All the best

Trace xx

Jen - I always have a bad back when we come home from hols. I do wonder whether it has anything to do with sleeping in a strange bed, comfy or not. Apart from that you are obviously having a whale of a time. Please let us know how Michael has done in the GCSE's Much love from us both xxxxx

Hi Jenni

Sorry to hear you are suffering again. I read somewhere that RA doesn't usually effect the spine so hopefully the pains are due to it not being your bed.

Hope the meal was good.

Love Shirley x

Hi Jenni

I wouldn t be at all surprised if the bed wasn t to blame for your back trouble, hopefully leaving you as quickly as it arrived !

Good to hear holiday going well BigGrin

Hi Jenni

I am so glad you are enjoying your holiday, it sounds lovely from your posts on facebook.

I have had a new bed this week and although it has a memory foam mattress, boy have I suffered. My back and my ribs are killing me, so I presume we must get used to a certain sleeping position and then all hell is let loose when the position is changed. I have also heard that you cannot get RA in your spine - I have osteoarthritis in my spine but this has not played up for years.

It's lovely to go on holiday but just as nice to come home when you know your lovely comfy bed is waiting for you.

Enjoy the rest of your holiday.

Jackie

Hi Jenni. Sorry to hear your back is playing up. I think the change of bed will have had a lot to do with it. I hope your son had good results today.
